Q: Why does my tattoo pen only work in either Liner or Shader mode?
A: Please ensure that the power supply has been switched to the corresponding working mode:
When the RCA cable is inserted into the L port, press the "L/S" button on the power supply to switch the working mode of the power supply to L.
When the RCA cable is inserted into the S port, press the "L/S" button on the power supply to switch the working mode of the power supply to S.
Q: Why did my tattoo pen stop working after several times use?
A: 1. Please make sure that the voltage you used does not exceed 10V, higher voltage may occur damage to the tattoo pen.
2. Please check the connection of each part of the tattoo kit to make sure it is not loose.
3. Please make sure that the tattoo cartridge needle is not stuck in the tattoo pen.
4. There are many problems that will cause this issue, please tell us the details of the tattoo pen kit, so we can help you find where the problem is.
