Q: Why does my tattoo pen only work when the RAC cord is plugged into the S port of the power supply and not when plugged into the L port?

A: Please ensure that the power supply has been switched to the corresponding working mode: When the RCA cable is inserted into the L port, press the "L/S" button on the power supply to switch the working mode of the power supply to L; When the RCA cable is inserted into the S port, press the "L/S" button on the power supply to switch the working mode of the power supply to S.

Q: Why does my tattoo pen kit not work?

A: 1. Check whether the power supply switch is on.

2. Check whether the RCA cord and foot pedal plug are well.

3. Check whether the voltage is in the appropriate range.

Q: Why my cartridges won't stay in?

A: Turn the cartridge clockwise to lock into the pen.
